Retail By Design is a six-month mentoring and mastermind programme for established product-based business owners who are ready to grow their business with more structure, clarity and calm confidence.
It’s built for founders turning over at least £100K a year who are proud of what they’ve built, but know they can’t keep scaling by winging it. If you’re feeling overstretched, reactive, or unsure what to focus on next, this programme is designed to help you take control, without burning out.
I’ve been running this format since 2023, and more than 50 business owners have already been through the programme. It’s only open three times a year, and places are limited in each cohort to make sure every participant gets the attention and support they need.

1. You share your story
I’ll ask a few questions to help me understand where you’re at — what you’ve built, what’s going well, and where things feel difficult or unclear. There’s no need to sugar-coat anything. I’ve worked behind the scenes in hundreds of small product businesses, and I know that things often look shinier on the outside than they feel on the inside.
2. We explore whether the programme is the right fit
Once I’ve got a good understanding of your business, I’ll talk you through how the programme works and what kind of results you can expect. I’ll also let you know honestly if I think it’s the right fit, and if it’s not, I’ll tell you that too.
3. You ask questions and take your time
There’s no pressure to make a decision on the call. I’ll follow up afterwards with everything we discussed so you have time to reflect. If you decide to join, great. If not, that’s completely fine too.
